I wanted to know is there a way when you set the alarm on your ml to set it to make a sound once it is activated. I know when you hit the lock key you can hear the locks on the door but it would be nice to have a little sound or a beep like on some other benz cars.

 

i only know that the confirmation is visual via turn signal lamp (from 2000 model).

maybe it can be done during the coding of AAM but i haven't tried yet.

if the same signal to the turn signal lamp is feed to the siren/horn, then it's going to work as you intended.

next time you bring your car to the workshop, ask them to see if the coding can change.
