need a bit of help removing the front door panel. I have it loose now but something on top is still attached.

In addition, I may have broken the clips that snap in.

If anyone knows the complete proper procedure, please let me know before I do more damage that I did. ( I was tring to get to the door motor.in the cold and was a bit rough with it) eg, the broken clips.
