2003 ML350 sound system

2003 ML350 sound system
Radio comes on but no sound. When I push the CD button I am told "no CD Player Installed" The fuse is good for both the Radio and Sound System. I have read that others have had trouble with the Amp. Where can I find the amp? Thanks
