How do I change the bulb in the fog/driving lights? I can't get to it from the back side.

 

Take the front bezel off the bumper. There is a black ring around the light that you need to pry or twist off with a bit of difficulty. Then the light just comes out. Try putting some white grease on that black ring when you put it back together for the next time you need to change the bulb.
