Hi all,

I have a 2001 ML320. I would like to add navigation to my car. Obviously the navigation screen is in place but no navigation installed. Does anyone know of an economical way to add navigation to this unit? VIN is 4JGAB54E61A266406.

Get a used navigational unit off ebay. You will need some other parts from the dealership as well.

 

I did install a complete DVD navigation system on my 1998 ML 320. My car did not even have the screen , but instead it had a regular radio. The MB dealer told me it was impossible to install a DVD NAV on this car ( 1998 ) , but I DID !!! it works great.

One thing though , there was a part I had to order from United Kingdon ( London ) , it is called the CAN BUS ADAPTER. because it does not come on the 1998 ML320 cars.
