The alarm & lights will periodically activate. Tonight this happened 3 times within 1 hour. My car is sitting in the garage untouched when this occurs. Any others experiencing this problem?? Thanks in advance..

 

Yes I am experiencing and was told by MB dealership I need a costly computer.

 

you first need to see what is causing the alarm to activate. dealer can tell you waht is causing each activation, i have found that sometimes the liftgate handle lock goes bad and can cause this. could be cheap repair or expensive. might cost you an hour diagnosis but sometimes the dealer is the only way.
