Im looking to Buy a used G500 have wanted one since I was a little kid. Would like one with 30 to 40 K any heads up on maint. cost etc. thx

G class gets poor gas mileage, tires are expensive, turning radius is horrible, troubles with windows, rough ride, loud, very big, but.... it is heavy duty, great in the snow, excellent offroad, comfortable, spacious,but I wouldn't recommend one, unless you live in the jungle or go offroading alot.

yeah i know all of this i was more into maint. cost if it had the trouble that all other MB have had over the last few years but thanks for the input

I know its a great truck that is beyond the point. I am still young and trying to see what I am getting my self into for the true cost of ownership basically I dont wont to get in over my head.

Ok if that's the case get a M.B certified GWagen that way any minor or big problem is taken care by M.B.N.A.
