Hi everybody, this is my first post of many to come!!
I have a 2002 G500 I've had it for 4 years now and love it! My current problem is that it refuses to play any c.d.'s except for the single disk in actual c.d. player. On the media screen it says my magazine is empty, which it is not. It just stopped working a few days ago and I've tried everything I could think of. I need help?!

 

apparently there is an internal repair bulliten or something on this topic, but my local MB said "take it to a stereo specialty shop". I have the exact same problem w/ my 2000 G55. Sucks.
