most probably it will, i have 18' AMG-SL wheels on my E320 Waggon. they fit perfectly. (originally it had 16' wheels (orig. MB alloys that had a smashing 1960 design, perfect if the driver is 80 plus)
Seriously, maybe the best way to do this is to take the new rims and the car to a reputable speed Shop as they will also have the correct wheel lugs. Plus these people have experience in fitting weird wheels to cars and can tell if you are ok or not!!!
You might also wanna buy tire at a speed shop, i got a full set of 18'/40 nexxen tires that are good up to 160 mph ( my engine shut down when I hit around 155 mph)plus new luggs plus mounting and balancing for about $520.00 (in FL)

Yeah,I probably will to the dealer and let those ppl help me swap the wheels, besides those wheels comes with tire pressure sensors, but I don't think those 2004 sensors will woek on the newer models,so I think I also need to swap the sensors from the OEM wheels to the new ones. The only think I'm concerning is there is 15mm difference in offset,I really don't know if this will effect wheel turning and if there is enough room there for the wheel to fit it.If the wheel will touch the suspension spring,I'll be screwed ;(
