where the heck is the cruise control modulator located-300E?

My cruise stopped working and it works in the parts car I bought..but umm.. WHERE is the cruise control mod located exactly? Someone..sleepwalker..help please?

about 3 inches above your left knee when you are seating on the driver's seat.

open that cover. beside steering post.
