Where can I find or reset code for stereo
I just purchased a 1999 E 430 and the previous owner forgot the code this is my first Benz and Iam not sure how I can either reset and put my own code in or find the old code.

you may get lucky. the code is usually printed on a card and tucked into the car manual
or other factory paperwork which accompanies the car.
you can also drive down to your local MB dealer and show proof of ownership, like car
registration and ID, and get the code from them
if, by chance, the radio was swapped out and was not recorded by MB, then we'll need
to come up with more creative ways to secure the code
