I hear tick, tick, tick in front of me, (It sounds like the turn signal noise) whenever I hit the brake. I release the brake, the noise gone. What happened? Also, when I turn the steering wheel, it makes some nosie (It seems something came loose, rolling round inside the steering wheel under the air bag). I am thinking to take off the steering wheel. but worry about the air bag. Any advice will be appreciated.

 

contact pins on slip ring.

lightly lubricate brass contact rings with grease.... liqui moly is good.

the ticking noise, better locate it.

 

Same sound my alarm relay makes, brake turns it on sometimes. Haven't quite figured this out yet.
