Default Is there a Doctor in the house?!

Ok my 1985 190e is having some problems. Symptoms are:

It's burning too rich.

It starts good cold, but when warm TROUBLE.

When driving it it has no power and it surges.

When cold and in Drive the rpms drop to 500, when warm and in Drive rpms drop to 500 then it Stalls.

ANY DIAGNOSIS?!

I've had the car a month and have done some work on it, but I'm unsure as to what the problem is here.

take it to a mechanic ...My thought s are the following

It is not firing all the cylinders....spark plugs
second ..a piece an electric I think called the head motor..nothing major..200 dollars...I had the same pb long time ago when i had my first MB 190.
take it to a mechanic to look at it and he will do the job..it wont cost over 320 dollars.

Ok O2 Sensor just replaced so can't be that.

Catalytic converter fine.

The plugs are black but they're all firing.
