Default Suspension greasing????

Hello all !! I just had a complete suspension overhaul of my E300D 1994, this is a 124, the mechanic who performed the overhaul did not apply any grease on any new suspension parts, he says not required, the suspension doesn't feel good now. Can someone tell me if grease was required, if yes where all and which grease. I also read of chasis greasing somewhere, can someone please tell me how to do it.

bushings are rubbers. even on replacing them it was advised not to grease them during pressing-in (just soap and water).

grease are only necessary for metal to metal contact, but it is rare on new cars now.

the wheel hub bearing could be the only place that you can find them.
