STAGGERED SETUP
What would i have to do to get a staggered set up on a 4matic w210? im going with either 19s or 20s im not sure yet. would like advice on both sizes! i live in Boston, MA so the 4MATIC would really come in handy but i really want the staggered set up for the spring/summer season. any input is appreciated

20s will be too big to fit with enough clearance. 19s will fit but do require fender rolls.

RE: STAGGERED SETUP
By "Staggered" you mean fatter tires in the rear right?I have a 4matic and am also in Boston and 4matic is great in the winter, but you CANNOT run a staggered wheel setup with Mercedes all wheel drive! The difference in size from the front to rear will give the 4matic computer false reaqdings and over time will cause serious problems resulting in lots of cash to fix. As for putting 19 or 20's I have seen plenty of 21o's with them, but you will lose all ride quality with 20's and 19's will be pretty harsh. I went with 18's and the balance of ride quality and looks and handling is perfect. I think 20's look too big on our cars anyways, and I believe you need spring mods with 20's but I don't think so with 19's and spring mods usually will further ruin your ride quality.

RE: STAGGERED SETUP
I have the 18" AMG staggered setup from the E55 on my 1999 diesel. 8" wide in front, 9" at the rear. The rolling diameter of the tire is essentially the same (F vs. R). No issues whatsoever with the ABS calculations.
