I have 02 E430 the radio has a WAIT greeting and won't turn on.
Anyone knows what that means.

Check the fuse.
If you have any message on the screen, then enter the code you for your vehicle.
If you are locked out, then remove the battery + terminal for atleast 4 hours,
reconnect and enter the correct radio code again.

Thanks, I took out the fuze, put it back ,samething I took out the CD case but it back in and then the radio code stated blinking All is good now . Thanks for the reply.
