can anyone tell me what kind of sound my car would make if the timing belt was bad or if any of my pullys or starter or altanator was bad? i have this weird sound coming from my engine.it drives fine buts still there.it just started today.when i step on the gas hard enough it will cut out but start right back up?

 

You are aware that Benz uses timing chains for their motors, not belts?
