Hey guy i just bought a 98 E320 its a excellent car with only 47,000 miles. My only question is on the dash...i know the radio lights up at night but is the a.c unit suppose to light up at night also?....this is kinda werid that it doesnt..u have to turn on the light in the car to change temp? respong quickly guys</P>

 

Yes, it is supposed to light up and no, I don't know how to fix it. Not sure if you can just replace the bulb. Or the bulbscould be OK and the light aren't getting power. You may want to call a dealer service department, this is usually the type of thing they can tell you over the phone what needs to be done and what it will cost.</P>

Yeah there is a light on the bottom of the unit. On the bottom side there's a slot you need a key from mercedes to pull unit out to change the tiny light
