Power steering pump 1997 E320 questions

Power steering pump 1997 E320 questions
Need to replace my bad power steering pump 1997 E320.
How does the pulley come off? I tried the bolt in the center – but did not want to break it. Also – I need to use my old reservoir – how does that come off.
I’m sure both answers are simple but thought I would ask while I look/try.
