RE: no start
Gas into intake tube? It's not a carburetor, doing that to prime the engine can destroy the maf,Air goes in the intake fuel goes out the injectors and only then shall the two meet!!!!as naz said can you hear the f pump?if you just ran out of fuel, make sure you get more than a gallon in to make sure the pickup is submerged, then crank the engine till she starts.but if not started in 10 seconds or so let the starter cool and repeat,no sense burning out a starter ! Some starter fluids are maf safe, however tob be safe you can open the tube at the intake clamp after the maf, spray the fluid start the engine, shut it down and reinstall the tube and clamp, back in action and on down the road again..

"GOT CODES?"
be prepared to replace the maf if you poured gas in the intake it went directly on the heated platinum wire and thermister in the maf, that only ever should have air blowing by it.Good luck,KYFC

If you want to check fuel pressure, simply remove access the fuel pressure test fitting on the fuel rail. It will have a Brass cap and be a 13-15mm in size(can't remember). Protect your eyes and the surrounding area and press in on the scrader valve to see if fuel pressure is present, have a rag handy to absorb fuel that may be spilt. BE CAREFUL!! Chances are that you burnt out the fuel pump. Recommend always keeping fuel over 1/4 tank to reduce chances of contamination and reduce stress on the fuel pump.
