Ok...I have a 98 E300 ... The alternator decided it did not like the clutch pulley .. so it has sheared it off ... i can't post a pic .. or i would .. so..i have a good alternator .. and a bad pulley..how can i remove what is left from the pulley , from the shaft of the alternator ? or is it even poss ?..and if i can remove it .. does the alternator have to come out in order to do it ? ..also , can i just get a pulley ? i have looked everywhere .. no luck , any info would be great , Thank you.
