Default my e-class w211 car alarm does not work

can anyone help me my e-class w211 model e320cdi car alarm does not work. have to open the car manually can anyone help me on how to fix this problem. i think it either a fuse gone or the battery needs replacing. however the car does start. and can someone tell me where exactly the fuse is for the alarm it self. damn thing does not have a card locating which fuse goes where. oh and the battery in the remote key has been changed.

hit the panic alarm button and seee if the alarm sounds and the lights flash. if the alarm does not sound youll need a panic alarm siren. common issue.
