missing front end piece---please help

Default missing front end piece---please help
Hello, I've got a 1997 Polar White E420. I'm missing a piece below the bumper line. It's about 9 inches wide by 4 inches tall. I've got a picture of the auto, but can't figure out how to add the picture to this thread.
I'd appreciate whatever help I can get.
