Default loose steering - E430

I have a 99 E430 with 115k miles and I recently replaced the front lower control arm bushings, ball joints and shocks. My problem now is that the steering feels a little loose. I have not done the alignment yet. Will this solve the problem or should I look at any of the other components? Thank you
