Steering Column Shroud is loose

Default Steering Column Shroud is loose
Hi folks!

Any ideas on how to tighten up the steering column shroud/cover on a '98 E320 Wagon. Every time I use the blinker the whole cruise control/blinker assemblt rotates about an inch. I hope that it is not the wire that connect to the Cruise/Blinker that is the anchor!

On the bottom of that shroud there should be some screws hidden from view and maybe something that covers the screws
