I just bought a 1998 E320 last week. My neighbor just informed me that my fog lights and interior lights periodically flash at random. I guess it lasts about 3 minutes or so. I called the previous owner...(who surprisingly owns a car repair shop...and spoke with one of the workers there...and he told me that it indeed did that...but that it was just "sensitive"...and they weren't smart enough (or didn't care) about fixing that problem. I sure hope this isn't going to cost me a fortune to repair. I have no clue why it is doing this. Is there a simple solution? HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I live in a condominium complex...so I'm sure my neighbors are annoyed with the lights flashing on and off throughout the night.

 

Sorry to hear about your lights, the previous ownershould atleast tell you before you purchased it or cover the repair for that. Have it check by a cert. MB tech.
