Hi,

I just bought a 1998 E430 and the headlights dont look as sharp as they do on newer models. They appear to be a bit foggy-looking when you see the car during the day. Is there a recommended headlight assembly replacement kit that anyone has used that looks sharper? Or has anyonetried theblue tinted light bulband does thatmake the appearance any better? I am not looking at going to Xenon at this point, but I am interested in learning about any other alternatives.

What have you alltried andwhat works best?

Polish the plastic lenses.Diy on benzworld.org w210 diy section.wet sand paper,soapy water and mequires plastx .then install 4 H7 65 watt rally bulbs from www.danielsternlighting.com
read about blue bulbs in his tech papers and you will see why they are just snake oil.
a good polish job can make them look brand new if you take your time.
