I have a 1989 300E with a blown head gasket, and was wondering if someone could provide me with a link to a good manual that would has the head bolt torque adjustments, and other required info. This is the first time I am working on a foriegn car or a head gasket. Also a good tutorial on removing the top section of timing chain would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing by your name that you are in US.
Go to your local library and have them to log you onto aldata through their computer, you will choose your car from list and find all the info that you are looking for. Step by step procedure, torque values, pictures etc. and you can print it out to have it by you when you work on it.
