Default having problems with my 95 e320

Hi i am having a few issues with my 95 e320 sedan. Just wanted to get some impute on how to fix this or even find out what is could be.

issue 1- the engine has a misfire. It will idle fine in park but once in drive and sitting at a light it will idle rough and spit and sputter when first taking off. I have changed the plugs and the boots on the bottom of the coils it seemed to help some but still does it

issue 2- My transmission seems to be shifting way late in the rpms. Been shifting at around 3500-4000 rpm's.

was just trying to get some idea's of what they could be. Any help would be highly apprieted thanks

Is the engine wiring harness original? This should be replaced before any diagnosis of driveability. The only other thought is the possibility of a dirty throttle body bore. Did you use non-resistor plugs?

Transmission shifting can be adjusted by the Bowden cable. I'm sure there's a writeup somewhere on the internet on how to do this.

the wire harness is orignal from what i know of. I used ngk g-power plugs the bkr5egp.

I did adjust the bowden cable some and it did help the shifting but now i am having issues to wear when i turn a corner and its still in 2nd gear it wants to act like its slipping when i hit the gas the rpm's go up but doesnt excelerate. Until i let of the gas and hit it again

Have you checked the transmission fluid level?
