I have recently relocated to a state that requires a front and rear license plate. My 2000 E-320 Sedan does not have a mounting location that I can readily see for the front plate. Does anyone have information on how to mount the front plate or where a bracket can be found if one is required?

Oh, lord...

Just buy a bloody plate-holder and screw it in in the middle of front bumper.
Simple as that.
