Default excessive crankcase pressure on E420

I have an E420 and when I drive it the crankcase pressure becomes so great that it forces the dipstick out and all the engine oil is forced out. UUGGHH ! ! ! My first thought would be a PCV valve, if I even have one ?

Anyone have any ideas ? Is this a common problem. I am also getting a secondary emission error code.

How many miles on the car?
Do know what code number?
Does the oil on the dipstick smell like gasoline?
