Last night My w211 was in the driveway when we came home and it was raining. When I got up this morning the parking lights were on? We did not hear a car alarm or lightning, so what would cause this to happen? There was no damage to the car and I turned the lights off with the switch (which had been on auto). The battery was low so had to recharge it.

It was wet all night but not windy. Had installed a new sensor spot light on the garage front, couild that have triggered the lights?

Charged car all night. In the morning the tailights were on? Auto light position does not work correctly. No fault signals. Turned lights off with switch. Now gear selector light stays on.

Any ideas or should I head to the dealer? These lights staying on drain my battery and my patience...........
