I am currently driving a 1998 E320 sedan with 123456 miles on it. I need an additional car that can hold 6-7 people, which I am looking at a E320 wagon. I can work on most of DIY maintenance on my E320 sedan. I am wondering if there are big differences between 98-02 E320 wagon? Ex. Shocks.

There is a wagon that I am thinking about buying.

2002 Mercedes E320 4Matic Wagon - 152k

It is a 2002, which is a plus, but the mileage 153,000 is a bit over, I think.
I am hoping if I can knock it down to $6K, assuming this person is telling the truth. I will check the wagon myself. Do you think it is a good buy?
