You guys are not gonna believe this, I am the guy who emailed about the bucking of my folks E320 wagon and you folks gave us the answer as to its reason. Now!!! you will not believe it, Both cars A/C systems have failed. They called the help line and they gave them every direction on how to make them work and nothing, Both cars have to go in. I told them I would ask for a flatbed for both of them as they paid major dollars (as you all know) for the cars, They are basically brand new and this is just gotten out of hand, I was wondering if any other folks have had A/C problems on 2003 and 2004 E320 and E500 mercs? P.S. speaking with my father now. They told him they need to run diagnostics on both cars as the usual methods of resetting the A/C (A/C off/rest button) did not work. Pete

 

Cars were both brought in and they "reset" the computer and air is working fine, Very strange that it would happen to two different models in the same few days, Weird. Peter
