The engine safety feature that shuts off the air conditioning when the engine is running hot is activating even when the engine is operating at normal temperature. The climate controll blows very hot air, and this has no set pattern it happens completely at random. We have replaced the compressor, radiator, diagnosed and re-booted the computer to no avail. can anyone tell me what is causing this or how to bypass this safety feature.

 

you sure you dont have a high pressure switch that is going bad intermittanly. other than that i would need to hook up the star to your car to diagnosis it and maybe some ac gauges as well
