Hello All,

Recently purchased my first MB: E320 2000 from out of state but it won't pass the inspection test because the horn won't work. The car was involved in a minor front collision so the black rounded thing in front of the radiator broke. I am not sure if that is the horn for the car or not.

Also, I checked the other day for the fuse #40 and it was blown and replaced it but still the horn won't work. Is the black rounded thing in front of the radiator the horn? If not, where is the horn located at? Is there another way of testing for a culprit for this problem?
