I have a strange stick on my power steering behind it , but i dont know what does it mean , knowing that my car is Mercedes Benz E240 Elegance 2001 i will upload a screenshot of it plz guy if anyone can help me and thank you all and this is the screenshot

 

if you have a phone in the car it is for "handsfree" operation. pull back and it should beep then you can say "dial number" or "cancel" but you have to actually have the hands free system installed or already prewired.
