Decent Price for E500 4matic Sedan?
Hi all,
I am looking to buy my son, 16, his first car. I've been looking at both E-class sedans and wagons. It should be 4matic, and the '500' would be nice. Anyway, I came across this sedan on eBay.

Is this a good price? (considering the warranty expiration in 2011, and other factors)

No, I passed on this one. 
It was a great looking car though, I saw it in person.
