Cyclic noise from Tire rotation
I am hearing rythmic (every rotation) noise from the front driver side front wheel after oil change/tire rotation on my 08 E350 4 matic. Car ran very smoothly before this. Dealer service suggested that I have to replace my front two tires as they are running low on thread depth and thats the reason for noise. Dealer service also suggested to replace rear brake pads and rotors as they are worn out as well.
Rear Rotors/brake pads replacement cost at the dealer $560
2 tires replacement cost at the dealer $660
I thought these costs are expensive so I am thinking about buying parts myself and replacing these at a local shop.
Please answer my below concerns
1. Is it ok to drive around with the noise from the front ? How long.
2. Should I replace all tires at once ? If I replace 2 tires will the noise go away.
3. Should I replace both front & rear brake pads / rotors at once
Please advise

What year/model is this in reference to? Do you have a square set up, meaning same size tires on the front and rear or do you have a staggered set up, with larger tires in the rear?
