Hello all, I am considering purchasing a 2009 E350 with AMG package (first MB). I've dreamed of a 5 series for years and until this weekend "knew" that I would purchase one.....until I saw/drove this MB.

I have now kicked the 5 series to the curve. I am quite nervous about purchasing the MB though because I notice its CPO only has 5yr/100K and it doesn't include maintenance. I would consider purchasing the extended warranty to take it out to 6 or 7 years. I see, now, that you can purchase pre pay maintenance plan....but is this really worth it since its just prepay for 2 years.

My nervousness is cost of ownership....maintenance....lightbulb costing $500 kind of thing. Any advice or opinions here.
