I have a cd changer model#(A203 820 90 89) That I would like to put in my "04 e-500. I found 2 orangefiber optic wires in the passenger trunk, I also found 2 with gray foam on tips???? The plugs don't seem to fit the changer. Do I need a adapter cable??? Can anyone explain this Install to me. Thanks TOM

 

That changer doesn't work on an '04 E Class. It takes a dash mounted 6 disc. An '04 E has a different type of fiber optics. The connectors you found in the trunk are for sat. radio.
