i have a 90 300ce, and only when i am at a red light and i press on the gas, that the car sputters, and almost wants to turn off but then just takes off, im guessing that it has also been killing my gas mileage. I need to fix this, so thanks for any INPUT

 

spark plugs? or fuel filter?
