IS it safe to remove fuse no8, rather than what I do now is remove the 3 pins connecting the Regulator?
No8 is not going to be used for other pupose?
What you mean No4 & 7 is for AC when key is in ignition & engine turn on?

no. when i say permanent, i mean terminal 15. terminal 15 means hot all the time. hot all the time means always got power. always got power means it got 12 volts electricity on it.
i didn't say there is no other consumer for fuse #8. i assume you already know that the steering and seat adjustment depends on it.

Sleepwalker,
Since Fuse #8 also for Steering, I will leave it as is. But thanks, at least I know its AC Fuse.
I will put the switch or control unit back in the front dash. However I notice there 2 white plastic (pencil like) which need to be inserted into the 2 plastic behind the dash. What procedure do I look for, in putting the swicth back?
