bottom driver seat removal - E350 2013
I have a 2013 E350 that has the classic rip in the bottom driver seat. I bough a new cover and want to replace it myself. I am in the process of removing the bottom seat. The cushion part and the tray that sits in came out fairly easily, but there is still a power cable that connects the cushion to the modules under the seat which I am assuming it is for the seat heating element. This is the last part that is preventing me from removing the cushion. I tried for at least an hour until my fingers couldn't take it anymore to unplug the power connector but was not able to. Anyone know where I should press or what I should do to get the cable removed, or possibly a tool recommendation? I tried using plyers, but I almost damaged one of the wires, so don't want to use it again.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
