98 e320, seems to have too much vibration...
i got a 98 e320 i just purchased, it seems that when i put it in gear and have my foot on the brakes, it seems too have quite a bit of vibration felt mostly through the steering wheel. after i drve that car for some time, it seems to go away or atleast tone down...
any sugestions? thanks...GOOD DAY!!!

If your car has had new discs/pads the the Discs may have warped.. if you only replaced the discs, then they have definately warped...
Always replace pads & discs together.. i had the same problem on my eclass.. changed the discs & pads ( under warranty).. perfect now..

bad or saging motor mounts can cause you to feel the engine in the steering wheel.
pretty common issue on benz's. some of them are filled with oil and the oil leaks out and youll feel more vibration.
also the transmount could need to be replaced.

thanks for the reply guys... as for brakes, it is when i'm stopped at a red light or such and it is in gear with my foot on the brakes...not the brakes...
as for the mounts, what would be the best way for me to check them to see if it is them?
