Default 97 E 320 heavy steering

I got my 97 E 320 two years ago. At first I thought heavy steering would simply take some getting used to but more and more I think something is wrong. At most turns I have to use both hands and the wheel does not come back by itself like all other cars I've driven so most of the time I use both hands both ways. The steering seems the heaviest a slow speeds and gets easier as I apply more power. Recently I drove '00 C280 and steering was lighter and the wheel would come back. Do other 97 E320 owners experience the same feel? By the way, where is the power steering fluid located? There no P/S info in the manual.

Thanks

Hey man, i got a 98 e320 4matic and it has the same problem. i ocntacted the dealer and they said that it was normal. The speed that the wheel come back is compensated for the tight turning radius.
