92 300TE Fuse location

Where is the blower motor fuse located? The fuse box cover says "outside fuse box". Where the hell is that ?? Frank

From: Philadelphia, Pa

by the left front shock tower. next to the fender there is a seperate fuse with a cover on it. and also the main fuse box is close to it
