I have a 1991 300E and the interior dash lights don't come on when I turn the park lights or headlights on. All the other lights on the car function correctly. I have checked the fuse and it looks good to me. The car has been setting for about a year. Is there something else I can check or look at?

 

check the rheostat...the dimmer ****...rotate it.

 

Where is the dimmer **** located on this car? I can find nothing in the owner's manual, and I can not find it on the dash?

 

the Trip Counter Reset button.

You push it in to reset the counter, you turn it (without pushing) to adjust the instrument lights.
