So my cars tranny is shot it can't go in reverse anymore so since i don't trust anyone to rebuild it cause i had alot of bad experiences with shops thinking they could do it i decided to get one from a junk yard.

FYI: Its a 300CE 3.0L m104 motor 4 Speed tranny.

Now i found a couple of 300E at the junk yard i was just wondering which transmission can fit in my car? Can the trannys from the older 88-89 motors fit for my car?
