Default 300e Oil pressure/Fuel Economy help

1987 300e (3.0l)

Oil Pressure reads 3 (max) as soon as the revs reach about 1000.
A lot of oil making it through breather on valve cover and into airbox.
Fuel economy is... rough.
Some spark plugs have a lot of carbon build up, basically fouled.
Idle is very low, doesn't stall, but close. And rough.
Not smokey out the pipes or off engine. No leaks anywhere. Temperature stable in the middle. However the engine always seems hot (that might just be a 300e thing though)

trade karma for advice

Spark Plug Analysis

When was the last time a complete tuneup was performed?

Have you tried performing a compression test?
